2nd Minority Primary School of Komotini
Last school year after having worked on space related projects for 2 years we decided to make a planetarium out of paper and wooden skeleton with the 6th graders. It can host around 30 students. We set it up in the 4th Gymnasium last June and during "Space Week" in 2018. Around 600 students have visited it until now.
This year it was set up again during the city's festival. Here you can see the program it is part of "Elftheria Thrakis".
"Our Planetarium" was set up again on the 6th of May in the Minority High school of Komotini as part of the city’s festival. Presentations were given (for a time period of 2 weeks) to the students of the hosting school (820 students) during school hours.
On 6th, 7th and 8th May 2019 and in the evenings the school opened its doors and welcomed families of our community (270 parents and children).
